About the Collective
Our goal is to empower individual and organizations with the communication tools and strategies they need to see themselves as not only powerful contributors to the spaces they inhabit but also as belonging in the spaces they inhabit. We do this by designing intentional language courses and Learning Experiences for our clients and organizations in both English and Spanish. We also offer intercultural coaching services to individuals and organizations providing critical support when working with multicultural teams.
We believe in uniting people through language and communication to transform lives. At AM Communication Collective, we empower individuals with the skills to communicate confidently in English and Spanish, both in public and private spaces. We understand that using a language different from one's first can be daunting. We also recognize that bilingual or multilingual speakers bring the richness of their language and culture, which are powerful resources and integral to their identities.
Our thoughtfully designed courses and learning experiences empower multilingual speakers of English and Spanish to effectively communicate their ideas in various settings, leading to improved communication and cross-cultural understanding. Additionally, we offer cross-cultural coaching to individuals and organizations to enhance workplace communication in multicultural teams.
How do we do this together?
At the AM Communication Collective we design purposeful language courses and learning experiences to help individuals and organizations empower their employees through language learning. Whether it is English as an additional language or Spanish as a second language we equip individuals and teams with the communication strategies they need in different situations. In a safe, culturally supportive, and generative space, we provide participants with targeted practice in which they explore different situations and the language used in each one. With plenty of opportunities to practice language strategies, and even more importantly, to make sense of why different choices are made, participants will gain confidence and will feel empowered when communicating in English or Spanish. We do this by respecting the languages and cultures each person brings to each experience.

Language in Action Courses
We design innovative and interactive language courses for your team members in English and Spanish, available both in-person and online. Our learning and curriculum experts create tailored courses to help your team gain the skills and cultural knowledge necessary for success in their organizational roles.
Learning Experiences
Learning Experiences empower participants with the tools and confidence to understand how communication works in different contexts, helping them make language choices to achieve their goals. These experiences are informed by language research based on real-life communication. We can design learning experiences to fit your communication needs.
Intercultural Coaching
We help individuals and groups achieve their communication and language goals with personalized coaching to help you be successful in business meetings with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Are you working with cross-cultural teams and need to understand how to best communicate with them?
